Here we go with another spectacular event held by the IHWA. The fans are going nuts and blowing the roof off the MSG. The music is blaring and the Prez makes his way out to speak to the crowd:

"New York City are you ready to see some of the best wrestlers in the world today. You know something you have see the rise and fall of champions. I can not wait to see who rises to the top tonight and who falls. People have been asking me how I stand on the fact that the Burning Demons want to take over the IHWA. Well, I say, they can try like hell, but I am in charge, and will always be in charge. I have heard Angel come out here and say that he will own this fed… "

Just then Angel comes from the back and interrupts: "You know as well as I do that I can take you out when I feel the time is right to. Tonight just be that night that I feel is the right time. So just watch your back.”

The Prez, “Make all the feeble threats you want, if you dare happen to come near me you won’t live to tell anyone about it.”

Angel laughing, “If you say so.”

He walks into the back and the Prez is seen muttering under his breath.

Morr Dee Vs Deathfang

As both men they did not wait for the bell to sound. They came out to fight and fight they did. The ref had to keep warning these guys to watch their illegal moves. Kicks and punches were flying there was not too many technical moves used by these two. It was not until almost the end that Deathfang got the upperhand.

Angel came out from the back and nailed Morr Dee while the ref was not looking. Just then the Prez came from the back to stop Angel. Angel saw him and nailed him in the face
with a chair. Then while the Prez was down, Angel nailed him 4 more times in the head with the chair. Security came down and pulled Angel off the Prez. The Prez looked all beaten up and was taken by stretcher, to the hospital.

Winner: No Contest

X-Factor Vs Fenris

The bout starts with both men sizing each up. Fenris tried to use his size advantage by calling X-Factor to a test of strength. As they locked hands, Fenris clamped down hard and forced X-Factor to one knee with a kick to the gut. Fenris came out hard, but it wasn't to last. X-Factor turned the move into his advantage though by slipping his head under
Fenris' arm and turning it into a float over suplex.

You could tell by the look on his face, Fenris was taken by surprise. X-Factor took
advantage of the situation and started pummeling Fenris with elbow drops and leg drops! Fenris attempts to make a comeback but is too rocked by the beating he has recieved... X-Factor sets up Fenris and hits the X-Terminator Power Bomb!!! X-Factor covers Fenris for the 1-2-3!!!

X-Factor makes his way toward the back. He stops grabs a mic and says:

"Angel you may have taken out the Prez tonight so you can have control. Listen up, I just spoke with the Prez, and he said you had better watch YOUR back!"

Bull Vs Kremlin

This match was highly anticipated as a new school / old school match up, but it was evident early on that Bull's ring rust was plentyful. Bull started out the match by charging Kremlin at the bell. Kremlin showed his youth by easily side-stepping the rushing Bull. Bull bounced hard off of the turnbuckles and then caught a foot in the face from a spinning heel kick by Kremlin. Bull was dazed but not out of it yet...

Kremlin bounced off the ropes and hit Bull with a running lariet, but Bull refused to go down! Bull grabbed Kremlin and threw him into the ropes... Bull tried to land a clothesline of his own, but Kremlin ducked under it, caught his arm and turned it into a Crucafix Roll-Up for a near fall. Bull kicked out at 2 1/2, but fell easy victim to Kremlins DDT! Kremlin covers Bull for the 1..2..3!!!

Angel made his way down to the ring area saying that Kremlin did not win. He was talking with the ref saying that Kremlin cheated. That he used an illegal object. He was motioning to the back, as if to call someone out. Kremlin noticed this and watched as his best friend, Red Leaf, came from the back wearing a Burning Demons shirt. Red Leaf got into the ring and starred at Kremlin right in the eye. They stood there while Angel distracted the ref.

Just then Red Leaf stuck out his hand and Kremlin grabbed it and Irish whipped him in to the ropes. Red Leaf bounced off the far ropes and then yelled the ref ducked and Red Leaf
nailed Angel with a flying shoulder-block. Angel was thrown from the apron down to the ground. Red Leaf ripped off the shirt embraced his friend and they walked down the aisle, slapping high fives and Red Leaf kept pointing at Kremlin saying #1.

Angel stayed down to the ring and said that this was going to be Demon rules. No Tag format and anything goes.

Plague / Zero Vs Sinistas / Ra

Sinistas and Ra came down to the ring together showing that the Demons are here in full force. Zero comes out first and starts to get pounded when Plague makes his way out to the ring. This match was really violent and blood was flying. Chairs and poles along with mops and brooms were being used and broken.

Things start to get out of control and Plague looks like he forgets which team he is on and nails Zero over the head with a sign from the back. Ra and Sinistas then pounding on Plague then got the pin.

These two were not done by a long shot. Zero got to his feet and then they leaned him over the guardrail and kept swinging the chair and nailing him in the back. They both laughed as they left the ring and Angel was their in the back to meet them both with high fives Angel came out before this one as well and annouced that if Demonis lost that he would be out of the Demons.

Demonis Vs Spike

Demonis came out looking fired up, and ready to rip Spike’s head off.  Spike came out looking dejected. He looked as if he had lost his best friend, and did not know what to do. The match started and both men starred at each other. Just then Demonis layed down and Spike climbed on top for the pin.

Both men stood up and the crowd started yelling Extreme Team. Angel came out looking really mad. He vowed revenge upon them both. He said that they would never get a title shot. Both men just walked out of the ring and down to the back.

Angel came out from the back once again and announced this match would be a no DQ match and that he would be watching from the back for a new recruit for the Burning Demons.

U.S. Title - Ladder Match

Jason Perry Vs Blue Tornado (c) Vs The Wolf

Wolf entered the ring, constantly watching his back. He handed the belt to the ref whom in turn put it on the rope for it to be raised up over the ring. Tornado wasted no time running to the ring and attacking Wolf.

Wolf was ready and fought back. Jason, we guess feeling left out, rushed the ring and knocked both men down. This man took it to the both of them. He was all over Wolf and Tornado. Wolf was tossed from the ring in about 5 minutes. Then it was up to Tornado and Wolf. These men showed all their moves and then some.

Angel then made his way out from the back and stood on the ramp way. Wolf then got back into the ring with the ladder in hand. He started to climb inconspiculacly when Jason and Tornado noticed and knocked him off the ladder. He almost had it. Wolf fell to the canvas, and Jason started to pound on him. Tornado climb up to about half way and then bulldogged Jason onto Wolf. Angel had now made his way to ringside. The ref not really noticing was pulled out of the ring and knocked out by Angel. Angel then entered the ring with a roll of quarters in hand and nailed Jason. Wolf then went to get up and Angel nailed him as well. Tornado with a look of surprise watched as Angel climbed up the ladder and grabbed the belt. Angel then tossed the belt to Tornado. Tornado picked it off the ground and looked at Angel.

Angel pulled from his back pocket a T-shirt and handed it to him. Tornado took the shirt threw it down stepped on it like putting out a cigarette. He then took the belt and went to leave the ring, and Angel pushed him from behind. Tornado just turned and looked at him with an evil eye. He turned away and Angel pushed him again and extended his hand. Tornado took the belt showed it to Angel and nailed him in the head. He walked over to Jason helped him up and helped him to the back.

Winner: Blue Tornado

Angel kept saying to him that you owe the Demons now. Angel then took the mic and said since “I” am in charge. I name that we  will fight for that belt you hold Gargoyle and YOUR WIFE. Laughing as Gargoyle ran to the ring in anger.

Hardcore Title

Gargoyle (c) Vs Angel

Gargoyle seeing red started to pound on Angel. Angel avoided most of it and then took it to Gargoyle. It seemed that Gargoyle wore himself out quicker due to the fact that his anger took it out of him. Angel then nailed him with quite a few power moves and then a few toys that he had brought to the ring. This had busted open Gargoyle.

Amanda ran down to the ring to help her husband. Angel went for the pin, but Gargoyle in a surprising move kicked out. Angel was not too happy and went over and was yelling at the ref. He then went back to beating up on Gargoyle while smiling at Amanda. All of a sudden from the back the Prez came out from the back and rushed in the ring.

He said that he had had enough and Angel looked surprised, he went to nail the Prez and he moved nailing the ref. Gargoyle picked up the belt and clocked Angel in the head with it. Gargoyle went for the cover and the Prez counted it.

The prez picked up the mic and announced that he was back in charge.

#1 Contender Match

Mad Dragon Vs Leatherback

Before this match started, the IHWA World Champion Eliminator came out to sit at the announcers booth. He commented that he wanted to see his "competition" up close to get a good feel for his next big match. The combatants were then introduced...

This was a match of great importance for both men, since the #1 contendership for the World Title was up for grabs. Both men showed their desire by starting out at full speed and hitting with every thing in their arsenals! We saw the scientific side with the trade-off of suplexes and submission holds which ended when Dragon was able to place Leatherback in the No Cure for the Madness and locked it on hard... the ref checked Leatherback twice and looked like he was getting ready to call for the bell and award the match to Dragon when Leatherback suddenly reached out and grabbed the bottom rope forcing the break.

Leatherback rolled out of the ring to catch his breath as Dragon argued with the referee that his count was slow and that he (Dragon) should have already won the match... As Dragon continued to argue with the ref, Eliminator got up and leveled Leatherback with a folding chair! Unfortunatly for Dragon, this happened just as the referee turned around to begin his count... the referee called for the bell and awarded the match to Leatherback!!!

An incensed Dragon climbed the turnbuckles and lept onto Eliminator with a flying cross body block... Dragon sat on Eli's chest and pummeled him with fists as security came out to break it up. As Dragon was dragged away, he was yelling to Eliminator that this was not over, and that Eli showed who he was really scared of tonight by choosing his own opponent.

World Title Match

Cobra Vs Eliminator (c)

This match was everything and more. Both men gave it their all. Even some of the wrestlers came from the back to watch. This was a see-saw battle. Lots of close pins and not a lot of brawling. Cobra showed why he was a World Champ, and Elim showed why he was the World Champ.

Cobra hit a few different Suplexes and Elim hit a few high power moves. The crowd never sat down during this match and the cheers had never been as great since the Rangers won the Stanley Cup in 1994. Cobra took the upper hand at about ¾ of the way through the match.

Angel came out to the ringside and was cheering on Eliminator. This distracted both the ref, whom in turn started to yell at Angel to leave. Cobra put on the Cobra Drop and went for the pin. However, since the ref was distracted, when he did make the count Elim kicked out. Cobra was upset that this was happening and was yelling at Angel to leave before he got hurt.

Ra and Sinistas came out and tried to get Angel to go to the back. He did not want anything to do with that. He had something he wanted to do and he was going to do it. The ref went to the outside of the ring and was making Ra and Sinistas leave. Angel then clocked Cobra and Elim over the head with a chair and then placed Cobra over Elim for the cover.

Winner and NEW IHWA World Champion: Cobra

Cobra started to wake up and rolled out of the ring. Angel then entered the ring and was making fun of Elim. Sinistas and Ra got in the ring to try and break them up. Elim got to his feet grabbed the chair and clocked Sinistas over the head. Ra was stunned Elim DDT him on the canvas. Angel then went to go after Elim and got kicked in the gut and then DDT on the chair. The camera’s faded as Elim walked to the back and the rest of the crew was laid out in the back.
